We're excited to share the following news to our community:
As of December 1st 2021, Nicolson and Company is becoming Leader Guide.
Our name is evolving, but our purpose remains: to empower small businesses success. A lot has changed in the past 18 months. So, let's reintroduce ourselves...
Leader Guide is a coaching company with a mission to equip and guide business owners to help them lead a great business and life.
If you asked a small business owner today, many will tell you they feel overworked and overwhelmed. It’s no surprise, running a business is hard — and it’s even harder when you’re trying to do everything on your own.
At Leader Guide, we help business owners overcome the challenges of growing and leading a business. We do so by
A) guiding them through a proven framework to help them grow their business, and
B) giving them the tools and support that they need to reach their full potential as leaders.
We exist because every business owner deserves the help they need to succeed in business and life.
What to expect over the coming months.
A new brand and name
Introducing Leader Guide — a new name that really gets to the heart of what we do: equipping and guiding business leaders for lasting success.
Our icon - The Compass (we nicknamed it 'Navvy') speaks to the heart of what Coaching is all about: focus, alignment and progress.
A compass is an essential tool to navigate complex terrain in order to reach your desired destination. It provides guidance along your journey, even when you can’t see what’s ahead from the drivers seat.
Likewise in business, a Coach offers much-needed guidance and support to help you 'stay the course', through realignment of your focus, your mindsets and your strategies.
Our previous name 'Nicolson and Company' will remain as our new group (parent) company that encompasses Leader Guide, Waymaker and other future brands in the family. Our @nicolson.co email addresses will always remain, so you can continue to use these.
Enhancements to our Coaching program
Our one-on-one Business (and Executive) Coaching program continues to grow and expand, with new tools and frameworks, along with additional support and implementation of strategies.
In April of 2021, we became Certified with Business Made Simple, and since have been busy implementing their proven frameworks with business owners. And we're only just getting started!
There are 6 Key Areas (or 'parts') of a business that we now focus on and install systems for:
Leadership
Marketing
Sales
Product Development
Management & Execution
Cash Flow
When business owners have a simple process to assess and get each part of their business working together in sync, they experience healthy growth and profits.
We'll continue to work together with our trusted partners in some of these Key Areas. For example, Crown Noble Accountants & Advisers for building your Business Cash Flow System and Dashboard.
Our growing community of trusted partners makes your Coach a valuable connection and resource for everything pertaining to your business development and success.
But it’s not all about just business metrics… Your Coach provides clarity, encouragement and support to you — it’s leader. So that you can keep stewarding your business well with lasting success and legacy.
Our relational approach sets us apart from other coaching offers. Your Coach is someone that you can trust and rely on in each season of your business and life.
As for our Coaching fees, these are now simplified into three tiers, starting from A$650 per month (solopreneurs and startups) and grow with your business.
Changes to our Marketing Services
Our Marketing Team (as-a-service) will continue to help you create marketing collateral that gets results. This will remain an 'addon' to our Coaching plans.
In early 2022, we'll launch a new business with a sole focus on creating stunning Squarespace-hosted website's. More on that soon.
Our brand messaging private workshops will stay with Leader Guide under the marketing wing of Coaching. For everything else (photography, video, graphic design, brand identity, advertising), we’ll connect you to our trusted partners.
Marketing is a powerful engine that fuels business growth, and it’s more important than ever before. We're extremely proud of the results we’ve achieved together with our clients and we remain committed to new solutions to create great marketing.
