The first step is to step back and pause long enough to observe what’s working and not working in your business.

What's the bigger picture here?
What am I trying to achieve?

Check-in with your Coach regularly
Identify bottlenecks and stress-points

Step 2 - Optimise
Once we've clarified the problems we can start finding ways forward that align with our goals.

How can we improve the system/process?
How can we communicate better as a team?
What tools or frameworks can we leverage?

Align your people and resources
Create an action-plan with desired results

Step 3 - Offload
The last step in the loop is to empower others to implement the changes required for your business to continue growing without relying solely on you. This frees you up to lead at a high-level and develop other leaders to drive overral performance.
